At Lake Maraboon Holiday Village we have accommodation to meet all budgets. From Our Deluxe Villa’s sleeping up to six and our ensuite Cabins both overlooking the tranquil beauty of Lake Maraboon. Or some of our lake view powered sites, for camping, caravans, and motor homes – the perfect base from which to explore the lake. Please note none of our Cabins/Villas are pet friendly. We have Powered Pet Friendly Sites only, please call ahead as pets are welcome on managements discretion.

DELUXE TWO BEDROOM VILLA (6 Berth)

A tranquil haven overlooking the lake from your balcony. Four star features include fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom facilities with separate toilet.

POWERED SITES

Our powered sites are suitable for caravans (Large and Small), motor homes, and camper trailers.

Our lake view camp sites are the perfect spot to re-charge your body and soul. Bring your caravan to a stop and enjoy the views and quality amenities to cook your catch of the day.

PRIVATE EN-SUITE POWERED SITES

Why not pull up beside your own private bathroom? Sites fit up to 25 ft vans / motor-homes. Shady sites with concrete slabs. Close to all facilities.

(Only two en-en-suite sites available- book in advance!)

 

UN-POWERED

All of our UN-Powered sites are grass with BBQ Hut & amenities close by.

 

Sorry, Requested sites cannot be guaranteed. 

ONSITE ACCOMMODATION ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY. ONLY CERTAIN POWERED SITES.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Receipt of this letter is acknowledgement and agreement to the following terms and conditions.
  • Prices quoted are current at time of booking.
  • Different minimum stay requirements apply throughout the year.
  • Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded less the the cancellation fee of $25.00 accommodation or your deposit can be held as a credit for a period of 12 months.
  • Where bookings are cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival no refund will be given.
  • The same cancellation requirements as indicated above apply to Group bookings (2 or more on-site accommodation), however 21 days notice must be given in this case.
  • No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived – credit may be held for a period of 12 months
  • Only 1 promotional/membership offer can be redeemed on any booking.
  • Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry into the park.
  • If requested we will endeavour to hold a particular cabin/site, however we reserve the right to move your booking to an equivalent cabin/site category for the same period
  • Please note there is no further discounts applicable to online booking specials

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Receipt of this letter is acknowledgement and agreement to the following terms and conditions.
The above tariff is based on the number and type of guest for the specified time and duration. Any changes to this detail may impact the tariff.
Prices quoted are current at time of booking, inclusive of GST and firm upon full payment for your date of stay.
Different minimum stay requirements apply throughout the year.
Bookings cancelled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded less the the cancellation fee of $25.00 accommodation (Excluding Long weekends, Public Holidays and Weekends where 14 days notice must be given).
Where bookings are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival no refund will be given.
No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived – credit may be held for a period of 12 months.
Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Any lost property left behind will only be posted once you have sent a prepaid post bag.
We reserve the right to refuse entry into the park.
It is expected that your room be left in a tidy manner, if in the opinion of management your accommodation is not left reasonably tidy you will be charged a cleaning fee
If requested we will endeavour to hold a particular cabin/site, however we reserve the right to move your booking to an equivalent cabin/site category for the same period.
